The International Relations Office of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) and the Laboratory of Applied Social Research and Social Work (SoRSoW) of the Department of Social Work have the honor to invite you to the information day for the presentation of the PIPE project (Programme of Inclusion for Migrant People at Risk of Social Exclusion).
The event will take place on Thursday, 19 February 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the K.45 Amphitheatre (“Wooden”), School of Health Sciences, HMU.
The aim of the information day is to present the methodology, educational material, and innovative tools developed within the framework of the program. These actions focus on fostering soft skills and promoting cultural awareness, with mentoring as a core axis, in order to support the smooth social integration of newly arrived migrant and refugee populations.
As part of the event, round-table discussions will also be held with representatives of institutional bodies and organizations actively engaged in the field. The objective is the exchange of good practices for addressing the challenges of migrant and refugee integration, as well as the strengthening of networking.
