Lifelong learning

Lifelong Learning (education and training) is a continuous process of acquiring, renewing, and supplementing a person’s knowledge and skills, as well as obtaining specializations, so that he/she can become a member of a knowledge-based society. This continuous learning process should be available to all citizens and serve the needs and interests of each individual at every stage of his/her life. The development of knowledge, skills and therefore abilities of the individual can be the result of all forms of learning.

The Hellenic Mediterranean University has all the resources (infrastructure and human resources) to provide lifelong learning and training in the various fields it has extended its activities to, such as technological applications in engineering; geotechnics; economics and business administration; tourism; health and social welfare; nutrition; the environment etc.
