Description
The lecture is organized within the framework of the activities of the Unit for Equal Access and aims to enhance awareness within the academic community regarding mental health issues, with particular emphasis on the challenges faced by students experiencing psychotic symptoms.
Through a scientifically grounded yet accessible approach, the lecture will highlight:
- the critical importance of the early identification of psychotic symptoms
- the need to reduce stigma associated with mental illness
- the provision of appropriate supportive accommodations, aimed at ensuring equal participation and access to higher education.
This initiative seeks to cultivate understanding and empathy, contributing to the development of an inclusive university environment that respects diversity and promotes the academic success of all students.
