The Social Applied Research and Social Work Lab (SoRSoW Lab) of the Department of Social Work at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) continues to strengthen its presence in the international academic community through its participation in the 3rd International Social Work Students Virtual Conference with three scientific abstracts.
The conference, titled:
“Rising Together: Building Solidarity in a Fragmented World,”
is organized by Students for Global Change (SGC) of the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and will be held online on March 24, 2026.
The PhD candidates of SoRSoW Lab who submitted abstracts are:

The keynote speaker of the conference will be Professor Antoinette Lombard, President of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) and Professor of Social Work at the University of Pretoria (South Africa).
