An event dedicated to the future of wine tourism was hosted by the Department of Business Administration and Tourism of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), on Friday, May 12, 2023, at 11:00, at the Events Amphitheater of the School of Health Sciences in Heraklion.
This is the meeting with the theme: “Applied research and education for wine tourism: joining CRETE to international alliances” within the framework of the WineManTour project which is an alliance in the field of wine, management and tourism between the Hellenic Mediterranean University, the University of Western Attica and the University of Geisenheim.
The project is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service “University Cooperation with Greece” (DAAD 2023-2025) and aims to support applied research, in collaboration with main and affiliated partners, in order to record the needs of wine professionals and tourism sector with the ultimate goal of designing an international interdisciplinary postgraduate program.
