The Hellenic Institute of Economics of Education & Lifelong Learning, Research & Innovation (INOEK) is going to hold its 3rd International Scientific Conference (https://www.inoek-conferences.gr/en/3rd-international-scientific-conference/) in Heraklion, Crete during the period 7-10 September 2023. INOEK is a non-profit civic corporation based in Athens, founded in 2012. It aims of scientific contribution and promotion of research in the fields of Economics, Education & Lifelong Learning, Research & Innovation. The conference is co-organized by the Hellenic Institute of Economics of Education & Lifelong Learning, Research & Innovation, the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) and the Hellenic Open University (EAP) with the support of the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Heraklion and the Municipality of Phaistos. The Chairman of the Organizing Committee is Mr. Giorgos Agiomyrgianakis, Professor of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Hellenic Mediterranean University.
The purpose of the conference is the interaction and communication between the members of the educational, research and university community regarding the current trends and perspectives that are opening up in the areas of: education, research, innovation, modern digital technologies, institutions and sustainable development. The choice of Crete and the city of Heraklion to hold the conference is expected to have added value both for the local communities and for the business world as well as ordinary citizens. The presenters include internationally renowned researchers, members of the university community, members of primary and secondary education, as well as businessmen from Crete.
