The Hellenic Mediterranean University and the Decentralized Administration of Crete invite you on Monday, 8 December 2025, to the Kastellaki Hall of the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for an event presenting the initiatives of the Urban Green Observatory of Crete.
The Observatory has been established in collaboration with the Hellenic Mediterranean University and is funded by the Region of Crete.
The Observatory implements actions and conducts research aimed at strengthening the resilience and sustainability of the urban environment, with a particular focus on urban greenery and public open spaces.
Your presence will be a great honor and will signify the State’s tangible support for institutions of decentralized administration, local government, and education, which collaborate and commit to environmental protection and to mitigating the impacts of climate deterioration.
