2nd Spring Cultural Festival of the Hellenic Mediterranean University – “Return” 19 April – 2 May 2026 | Heraklion

Following the successful organisation of the 1st Spring Cultural Festival, the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) continues to foster creative expression and its cultural presence through the second edition of the Festival.

The 2nd Spring Cultural Festival, titled “Return”, draws inspiration from the well-known poem by Constantine P. Cavafy and explores through art the notions of return, memory, and reconnection with the past and the self. Through music, theatre and visual arts activities, the Festival creates a meeting point between the university community, the city, and culture.

The Festival will take place in Heraklion from 19 April to 2 May 2026 and includes four main events organised in collaboration with cultural institutions of the city.
