The Department of Student Benefits of the Student Welfare Directorate of the Hellenic Mediterranean University informs interested eligible beneficiaries that, in accordance with the housing allowance circular issued by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, the online application platform for the granting of the Student Housing Allowance for the academic year 2025–2026 has been accepting applications since Tuesday, 30 June 2026, and will remain available until Friday, 31 July 2026.
Interested eligible beneficiaries are invited to submit their application in good time through the online platform:

To access the application platform, the beneficiary parent or student must use their personal TAXISnet credentials, namely username and password, issued by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE). For students of the Hellenic Mediterranean University, the amount of the housing allowance is €2,000 or €2,500 in the case of cohabitation, provided that the prescribed requirements are met.
In the event that supplementary supporting documents are requested after the final submission of the application, students will be informed through their institutional account. The relevant supporting documents will be submitted electronically, in accordance with the instructions they will receive, through the MORFEAS system:

Important clarification: As of the academic year 2024–2025, the lease of the property must concern a residence located in any Municipality of the Regional Unit in which the student’s Department of the Higher Education Institution is based, and in a city different from the place of the student’s main residence.
