The aim of the program Project Management with Applications in ProjectLibre is to provide a comprehensive introduction to Project Management and to connect contemporary theory with practical applications through ProjectLibre. The course guides learners through all the key stages of a project, from conception and planning to scheduling, resource management, progress monitoring, and project closure. At the same time, it develops skills in analysis, documentation, and decision-making, enabling participants to organize, monitor, and implement projects in a systematic and effective way by making use of modern digital tools.
