🎯 Programme Objective:
The training programme “Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration: Practical Applications and Skills Development” aims to develop the knowledge and skills required for public-sector employees to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools responsibly, effectively, and securely in their day-to-day administrative work.
The programme has been specifically designed to address the needs of the Greek Public Administration and focuses on the practical application of AI in real administrative processes, such as drafting administrative documents, searching for and analysing information, organising data, and designing small-scale AI implementation projects.
👥 Target Audience:
The programme “Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration: Practical Applications and Skills Development” is addressed to:
• public-sector employees of the Central Public Administration,
• executives and staff of Ministries, Decentralized Administrations, and Independent Authorities,
• employees of first- and second-level Local Government Authorities,
• executives and staff of Legal Entities governed by Public Law,
• executives and staff of public organisations and bodies of the broader public sector,
• administrative staff of Universities, Hospitals, and other public organisations,
• executives and staff involved in digital transformation or organisational improvement projects,
• university graduates wishing to acquire specialised skills in the use of Artificial Intelligence within an administrative environment.

220 hours of asynchronous distance learning
📄 Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Training.
