The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) is organizing the 1st International Week on “Nutrition-Dietetic, Health and Technology”, September 25 – 29, 2023. This scientific meeting is the largest ever organized in Sitia. Participants are more than 40 speakers and a total of 85 scientists and researchers from Universities and Research Institutes in Greece, Europe, the United Kingdom and America. The lectures and workshops will be held at the Department’s building facilities in Trypitos Sitias in the context of the 1st ATHENA Technology Forum,September 25 – 29, 2023.
Thematic sections of the conference are:
a). Health Technologies in Nutrition & Dietetics, b). Industry, c). University Networks, d). Skills at work 2023.

Among the speakers, University of Athens Professor Emeritus Manolis Fragoulis has been invited to speak, while in the context of the conference the delegates will participate in cultural activities and guided tours about the history and culture of Sitia organized by the Department in collaboration with the Office of International Relations of the Hellenic Mediterranean University.
