HMU hosts and co-organizes the 10th International Scientific Conference “Advances in Tourism Marketing Conferences” (ATMC)

 

The Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) is hosting the 10th Advances in Tourism Marketing Conference (ATMC) on its Heraklion campus from September 24–26, 2025. The conference celebrates its 10th anniversary and aims to rebuild knowledge in the field of tourism and explore trends for a resilient future.

The event is co-organized by the Department of Business Administration and Tourism at HMU, under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the Regional Development Fund of Crete, and the Municipality of Heraklion, with the generous support of Paralos Hospitality and Wines of Crete.

During the conference, research teams from 27 countries will present 75 scientific papers in the broader field of tourism marketing. The conference papers cover a wide range of topics, including creative tourism, strategic digital marketing, destination branding, overtourism, and tourism sustainability.
