An important donation of medical laboratory equipment on Friday January 20, 2023 worth 6,000 euros. It will cover the needs of the Mobile Learning Disabilities Assessment Unit of the LaHeRs Health Behavior & Road Safety Study Laboratory of the Hellenic Mediterranean University. Donors were the Rotary Clubs “Heraklion El Greco” and “Heraklion Candia”. The donation is a portable digital medical laboratory equipment: a psychometric tool to assess the mental level and verbal skills of various age groups (kindergarten, elementary-high school children and adults) which through special applications including questionnaires, reaction time, memory tests, etc. . they will allow the specialized scientific staff of the mobile unit to more fully, quickly and safely evaluate the examined subjects.
