The Center for Lifelong Learning (C.E.L.L.L) of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) organizes the new training programme entitled “Introduction to Modern Trends in Agriculture Shaped by the New Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)”.
🎯 Programme Objectives
The aim of the programme is to introduce young farmers to modern trends in agriculture, including:
- familiarization with contemporary crop protection, nutrition, and agroecology methods,
- an overview of new technologies developed for the agricultural sector, and
- in-depth understanding of the Strategic Plan of the new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
Upon completion of the programme, participants will acquire essential knowledge and practical tools related to the establishment and operation of their agricultural holdings, as well as core skills to effectively address the challenges arising in professional agricultural practice.
👥 Target Group
The programme “Introduction to Modern Trends in Agriculture Shaped by the New Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)” is addressed to:
- Young individuals aged 18–40 who wish to acquire appropriate formal qualifications in the agricultural sector.
