Hellenic Mediterranean University takes another important step in the field of scientific information, as the Library and Information Center of the Directorate of Information Technology and Library of the Institution has joined the Health Sciences Libraries Network (DIVEY).
DIVEY is a dynamic collaborative network of libraries from universities, hospitals and research institutions in Greece and Cyprus, aiming to improve access to reliable scientific knowledge and to promote cooperation in the field of health.
Through participation in the Network, member libraries collaborate in:
• 📚 the exchange of resources and information services,
• 🎓 the development of joint training and educational activities,
• 🔬 the dissemination of best practices in the management of medical information,
• 📊 strengthening access of the academic and scientific community to reliable sources of knowledge.
The inclusion of the HMU Library in DIVEY is expected to contribute substantially to strengthening research and education in the health sciences, as well as to expanding collaborations with academic and research organizations.
Ms. Aikaterini Voutyraki, Head of the Library and Information Center, has been appointed as the institutional representative in the Network.
