Graduates of Higher Education may enroll in a different Department other than the one they already hold a degree from, with the goal of obtaining a second degree.
Each University Department announces the three courses that the candidates will have to study and be examined to.
An Entrance Exam Committee is formed, consisting of members of the Faculty which is responsible for the organization, conduct, and grading of the exams.Interested candidates submit an application and a copy of their degree from November 1st to 15th annually.
The examinations take place from December 1st to 20th, on dates announced by the Secretariat of each University Department at least ten (10) days before the first course examination begins.)
