Lifelong Learning (education and training) is a continuous process of acquiring, renewing, and supplementing a person’s specialized knowledge and skills, so that the person can be an active member of a society that is firmly based on knowledge. This continuous learning process should be available to all citizens and serve the needs and interests of each individual at every stage of their lives. The development of knowledge and skills, and therefore abilities of each person, can be the result of all forms of learning.
The Hellenic Mediterranean University provides all necessary resources (infrastructure and human resources) for lifelong learning and training in various fields of studies, such as technological applications in engineering, geotechnics, economics and business administration, tourism, health and social welfare, nutrition, the environment, etc.
