October 10, World Mental Health Day, finds the academic community of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) alert and responsive to contemporary psychosocial challenges.
The lingering effects of the pandemic, economic uncertainty, social inequalities, and international crises have intensified phenomena of psychological distress — particularly among young people.
